Daniel is an experienced property and construction professional with a Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) and a background in quantity surveying. With extensive experience in cost planning, development feasibility, and value management, working closely with architects and consultants, Daniel is driven to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Daniel has been actively involved in specialist disability accommodation housing projects, providing preliminary design input and cost advice to ensure compliance with specialist disability housing design categories. His passion for accessible and purpose-driven housing is driven by the positive impact outcomes that the built environment has on quality of life for Australians living with disability.

Amy’s extensive 30 years’ experience spans work with State and Local Governments, Community Housing, and NDIS specialist disability accommodation provider networks.

With impressive, recognised industry knowledge, Amy has contributed to award-winning urban renewal and revitalisation projects, with a focus on positive social impact housing outcomes.

Amy is dedicated to driving positive housing outcomes for NDIS participants with the goal for every person living with disability in Australia to have access to high quality, safe, stable and appropriate housing and to set the standard for disability housing, creating suitable homes and sanctuaries in our communities.
