Who can invest?
Open to qualifying wholesale and professional investors, superannuation funds, family offices, institutions and investment managers.
What is the minimum investment?

A$100,000 and above, if the application is supported with an accountant’s certificate specifying that the investor meets the criteria of a ‘Wholesale Client’; or A$500,000 and above without a supporting accountant’s certificate; or at the discretion of the Trustee.

What is the investment term?
The Fund invests in assets with a medium to long term investment outlook aiming to generate regular income distributions and capital growth. Investment is medium to long term for at least 5 years.
How the Fund will generate income distributions
The Fund aims to provide investors with the opportunity to gain exposure to an emerging social infrastructure asset class with a dual focus on generating attractive long-term, risk adjusted rental returns supported by legislated Commonwealth Government rental payments.

Where the Fund will invest?

The Fund portfolio of SDA housing investments will be nationally diversified based on actual participant demand in geographically diverse locations. Delivering SDA housing where it is most needed.
